Ukraine Launches Massive Drone Assault on Russia, Hits Moscow Region Warehouse

Ukraine executed one of its largest drone attacks of the conflict, targeting Russian territory with hundreds of unmanned aerial vehicles. The assault resulted in a significant fire at a distribution warehouse near the Russian capital, with Moscow authorities reporting at least six fatalities.

Russian defense officials claimed to have intercepted a substantial number of drones, stating that 822 were shot down. The mayor of Moscow indicated that 600 drones were directed towards the capital's region, with 201 being destroyed. This large-scale aerial operation by Ukraine comes amidst ongoing hostilities, with reports also indicating Russian strikes on a steel plant in Ukraine.
