'Modern Family' Creators to Launch New Comedy 'Mammoth' on Fox

Fox has greenlit a new live-action comedy series titled "Mammoth," set to premiere in the 2027-28 season. The show hails from "Modern Family" co-creator Christopher Lloyd and executive producer/writer Danny Zuker.

"Mammoth" is based on the British sitcom of the same name and centers on Coach Tony Mammoth, a charismatic high school gym teacher whose life takes an unexpected turn. The series promises to bring the comedic sensibilities of its "Modern Family" creators to a new premise.
