Nineteen-year-old British cyclist Finlay Tarling has died following an accident during the Volta a Portugal. Tarling's team, NSN, has withdrawn from the remainder of the race in the wake of the tragedy. The young rider, brother of Ineos cyclist Josh Tarling, was reportedly involved in a head-on collision with a vehicle traveling in the opposite direction, which was not connected to the event.
