Nineteen-year-old British cyclist Finlay Tarling has died following an accident during the Volta a Portugal. Tarling's team, NSN, announced their withdrawal from the remainder of the race on Saturday, the day after the tragic incident. The young rider, who is the younger brother of Ineos cyclist Josh Tarling, was reportedly involved in a head-on collision with a vehicle traveling in the opposite direction and not connected to the event.
