Europe Grapples with Record-Breaking Heatwave and Widespread Wildfires

Europe is enduring a severe heatwave, with record-breaking temperatures causing significant challenges across the continent. The country has experienced its driest July on record and a very dry August, exacerbating fire risks. While some relief is anticipated towards the end of the weekend, the immediate situation remains critical as firefighters battle blazes and authorities deal with the consequences of the prolonged heat.
