Rockstar Games Faces Tribunal Over Alleged Union Busting

Rockstar Games, the acclaimed developer behind the "Grand Theft Auto" series, is currently embroiled in an employment tribunal in Glasgow. The proceedings are examining accusations that the company engaged in unlawful dismissals of 31 employees. The core of the dispute centers on claims that these terminations were a direct consequence of the employees' participation in trade union activities.

Evidence presented at the tribunal includes testimony from former employee Dayne Oram, who stated his belief that a group of workers was placed under company surveillance.
