‘Marie Antoinette’ Exhibition, ‘9 to 5’ Revival, and ‘Mary Poppins’ Series Mark Entertainment Anniversaries

The 20th anniversary of Sofia Coppola's "Marie Antoinette" is being celebrated with a unique exhibition at the Château de Versailles, featuring props and costumes from the cult classic film. The exhibition, located in the Petit Trianon, offers visitors an immersive experience into the world of the film and its reimagining of the iconic queen, played by Kirsten Dunst.

In other entertainment news, a special weeklong theatrical run of the restored 1980 workplace comedy "9 to 5" is set to begin October 9. The screenings, starring Dolly Parton, Jane Fonda, and Lily Tomlin, will benefit Dolly Parton's Dollywood Foundation. Additionally, a new "Mary Poppins" live-action television series is reportedly in development, aiming to draw from the more complex elements of P. L. Travers' original novels rather than solely adapting the well-known Disney film.
