Disney+ has announced a new stop-motion series, "Pokémon Tales: The Misadventures of Sirfetch’d & Pichu," as part of a global distribution agreement with The Pokémon Company International. The series is being produced by the renowned animation studio Aardman, known for its work on "Wallace & Gromit" and "Shaun the Sheep."
The new show is slated to premiere on Disney XD and will be exclusively available for streaming on Disney+ in 2027. This partnership also encompasses the distribution of classic animated Pokémon content, further expanding the franchise's presence on the streaming platform.
