Vlady, who appeared in approximately 100 films and was a signatory of the "Manifesto of 343" advocating for abortion rights, passed away on September 24.

Also departing is Richard S. Reisberg, a veteran television executive who held significant positions at Viacom Productions, UA TV, MGM/UA TV Productions, and Lionsgate TV. He died on September 23 at the age of 85. His family confirmed his death, though the cause was not disclosed. Reisberg began his career in business affairs at ABC and CBS after obtaining his law degree.

Additionally, Lawrence Tanter, the iconic public address announcer for the Los Angeles Lakers, has died at the age of 76. Tanter was the voice of the Lakers for over four decades, from 1982 until his death, introducing generations of stars from Magic Johnson to Kobe Bryant and LeBron James. He was considered the "soundtrack" to the team's history.
