Actor Nakamura Yuri, Star of 'Romantics Anonymous,' Dies at 44

Japanese-Korean actor Nakamura Yuri, recognized for her roles in the Netflix series "Romantics Anonymous" and the film "Pacchigi! Love & Peace," has passed away at the age of 44. Her agency, Alpha Agency, confirmed on September 14 that Nakamura died on September 1 from rectal cancer.

Born Yuri Sei in Neyagawa, Osaka, Nakamura had a mixed heritage, with her father being a third-generation Zainichi Korean and her mother holding Japanese citizenship. Her career spanned both television and film, where she gained recognition for her performances.
