Chinese Chipmaker Accused of Stealing Samsung DRAM Technology

A South Korean court has ruled that Chinese chipmaker CXMT allegedly engaged in industrial espionage to acquire Samsung's DRAM technology. The accusation centers on a "written roadmap" that CXMT purportedly used to steal a 620-step recipe for manufacturing DRAM chips.

This alleged theft is believed to have enabled CXMT to capture a significant portion of the global market, estimated at 10%.
