Russian Drone Strikes Kyiv-Warsaw Train Near Polish Border; Kyiv Cites 'Terror'

A passenger train en route from Kyiv to Warsaw was struck by a Russian drone approximately two kilometers from the Polish border, an incident Ukraine's foreign minister condemned as "Putin's terror knocking directly on the doors of the EU and Nato."
