Child Star Alleges Rape by Disney Employee; Rapper Lil Durk Faces Trial

Former child star Raquel Lee has filed a lawsuit against Disney, alleging she was raped by an ex-employee at the age of 14 during the filming of "The Poof Point." The lawsuit claims Disney was negligent in protecting her from the employee.

In a separate legal development, rapper Lil Durk's defense team has begun his trial by asserting he was unfairly targeted as the "big fish" by a co-defendant and was not present during the alleged incident. Meanwhile, the former CEO of Abercrombie & Fitch has been deemed mentally fit to stand trial for sex-trafficking charges. Actor Mark Ruffalo has also publicly responded to accusations from Paramount Skydance regarding his use of "antisemitic tropes."
