UK and US Regulators Face Scrutiny Over Media Content and Licensing Decisions
UK media regulator Ofcom has launched an investigation into GB News following comments made by guest Caroline Farrow that allegedly linked pride parades with bestiality and paedophilia. The remarks triggered more than 12,000 individual complaints, reportedly a record for a GB News programme. Separately, Ofcom found that Radio Caroline breached its rules after mistakenly announcing the King's death; the station failed to air a correction and apology until 30 minutes after the incident.
