MLB Roundup: Castillo Shines, Yankees Rally, Red Sox Slump

Luis Castillo struck out 10 in seven sparkling innings, leading the Chicago White Sox to a 5-0 shutout victory over the Cincinnati Reds on Wednesday night. Castillo, acquired from Seattle on Aug. 1, allowed just one hit and two walks in his first win with Chicago, bouncing back from a rough debut. The Reds' Rhett Lowder allowed two runs in 5 1/3 innings but took the loss as the White Sox blanked Cincinnati.
